In 1986, Meuwissen developed for one of its customers a 7 layer laminate. The purpose of this product is to offer a sealable airtight barrier that can guarantee at least 3 years vacuum.
Up till today, we receive every 3 months a new order to supply this laminate to our customer. The welding torches are used offshore and on-shore under heavy circumstances and may only short before usage be exposed to the open air.
